I have a broad transactional, general corporate and real estate practice, including mergers & acquisitions, real estate acquisitions and leasing, oil & gas, business planning, private equity, securities and lending work. I am unique in my legal skills, as I have top-notch expertise in both complex corporate deals and real estate transactions of all types. I represent and advise clients in all industries on complex business combination, real estate, and other commercial transactions, that have ranged from a few million to several billion dollars. I have negotiated the successful placement of approximately $1B in private equity funds. Acting as outside counsel for my clients, I provide legal advice and counsel on a full range of business planning, contractual, operational, compliance, real estate and securities matters.
