Experienced Outsourcing/Vendor Analyst with a remit to ensure the service performance of the Outsourced Partners of Allianz are of an A+ standard. The key aspect of my role focuses on maintaining a high-level of output from all outsourcings by applying the standards set out within the Allianz Outsourcing Framework. Main responsibilities require.-Strategically source, on board outsourcing partners through a stringent vetting process.-Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory group or functional requirements including the Allianz Group Outsourcing Policy-Liaise with the internal leads to define the performance KPI’s relevant to each outsourcing arrangement and to manage the reporting and related business reviews. -Manage and deliver performance reviews with the support of the appropriate functional departments.-Produce management information data, to generate reports on performance validating cost containment metrics and trending. I work to ensure the best possible service is provided to clients across both Allianz health and Assistance lines of businesses.
