• Engineering Project Manager on 450+ site turnkey project for Sprint PCS throughout the Southeast.• Responsible for managing the completion of all engineering work (civil, structural and electrical engineering) utilizing staff in multiple regional offices.• Primary representative of the engineering group among the other groups involved on the project (Property Management, Construction). • Responsible for all engineering aspects of the project including; staff planning and utilization, internal and external client coordination and reporting, technical project management and financial project management.

• Primary duties included the managing of all wireless project engineering operations for the entire southeast region, including the states of Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Kentucky and the Carolinas.• Prepared budgets and marketing plans for each upcoming fiscal year, including plans for regional expansion.• Managed all project staff, including staff located in other regional offices.• Maintained existing client relationships as well as the development of new clients.• Performed technical duties as the senior project manager for all telecommunications engineering projects in the southeast.
