Represent the Company and develop projects focused on communities in the USA and overseas struggling to provide safe drinking water to residents. These project plans utilize products conceived and manufactured at the Company's headquarters and factory located in Valencia, California. Custom solutions a specialty.

First, with Dakota Water Systems, Zuckerman led a project directed at municipalities in Central and South America and Indian tribes in the USA. He presented a financing paper a Safe Drinking Water Conference sponsored by the World Health Organization, in Washington, D.C. He participated in the 2nd Global Water Forum at The Hague.He created the pure water vending program for the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA). He worked directly with tenant organizations at the City's largest residential projects. Turning attention to low-income, highly contaminated areas, along with renters, seniors and people tired of paying for and hauling purified water, with his partner Jack Martin, he developed the PUROPOD compact reverse osmosis system, to attain "Water Purity Beyond the Pitcher." The firm also works to find the appropriate safe drinking water system for each client and project manages the acquisition of equipment, installation and system start-up. The Pure Water Group maintains contact with a network of experts in the safe drinking water and purification field.

MALIBU PIER, a CALIFORNIA STATE PARK Director of Development (2006-2007)Reopened the California landmark state park to the public after 15-year closure. Project management for design and final reconstruction. Coordinated all activities with California State Parks staff and Los Angeles County Fire Department lifeguards. Managed on-site location prime-time studio filming, established and collected fees, supervised site use. Initiated charter boat tour and public fishing boat services. Created signage and marketing materials. General manager of daily operations for sport-fishing pier and parking lot. Managed special event use.

LOS ANGELES COUNTY MUSEUM OF ART (LACMA) Audience Development Strategist, Department of Music Programs, (2004-2006)Created programs to build audience for museum music programs. Initiated strategic program connecting greater community, secondary and higher education institutions with LACMA Music Department. Created expanded interest calendar and program outreach. Authored public service announcements and created advance publicity practice.

PASQUA COFFEE CAFÉS Founder, Chairman, CEO (1983-1999) Created prototype, then developed company-owned chain of 58 coffee bar cafes in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York grossing $27 million annually. Sold to Starbucks in 1999. (Sold an earlier coffee business to Starbucks in 1978)Created the initial coffee bar café concept, menu and marketing plan. Managed design and construction of all developed units, including cafes, bakeries, commissaries and a coffee roasting plant. Managed real estate site-selection, leasing, design and construction.Obtained expansion financing. Managed operating P+L’s, including cafes, commissaries, bakeries, and coffee roastery. Managed startup and rollout in expansion cities. Created and manufactured proprietary coffee brewing, steaming, and serving equipment including the specialty coffee kiosk, Café Armoire.
