As a speaker and trainer (1999-present) Mark delivered keynote presentations and training sessions on problem-solving, team-building and strategic branding. In October, 2014 Mark had the honor of being the closing speaker for TEDx Cleveland State University, the first of its kind at CSU and attended by more than 1,500 entrepreneurs and civic leaders. As a graphic designer (1982-2001) Mark founded and managed two corporate branding firms in Cleveland. His work has garnered more than 50 regional, national and international awards of excellence. Today, he is a consultant, or "brand mechanic", helping companies retool their brand story and transform their sales people into supercharged new business teams.As a college professor (1990-2001) Mark taught at the Cleveland Institute of Art, Kent State University and Bowling Green State University. He received the 1998 Faculty Excellence Award from BGSU. As a tenured professor and Division Chair, Mark was responsible for teaching, course development and management of BGSU's 250+major undergraduate and graduate design programs. In 2014-15, Mark taught "Creativity and Innovation for Entrepreneurs" at John Carroll University.
