Responsibility: establish and improve EHS management system, responsible for establishing and maintaining ISO14000 & OHSAS18001 & ISO14064 management system and passed the certification. Collect safety, health, environment related laws and regulations and related information to meet national and local EHS laws and regulations.  Develop and effectively implement the EHS inspection and monitoring plan, manage EHS work in time, eliminate hidden hazards and reduce risks.  Constantly identify corporate environmental factors and risks of safety . develop control measures and improvement, continually to reduce hazard risks.  Organize to effectively implement plans for emergency rescue training and exercises.  According to state regulations and company requirements, report EHS incident timely and accurately, organize the preparation of accident investigation and accident reports, be responsible for reporting work-related injuries and occupational diseases and claim indemnification  Evaluate the risk in new techniques, new technologies, new materials, new equipment, new products and new construction, reconstruct, expansion and other changes Ensure that the EHS records and related information under proper custody and meet the relevant requirements.  Establish a sound channel for effective communication and timely response to the various functions and EHS aspects of the advice, suggestions and comments from staff, encourage employees to participate in EHS activities to increase awareness of EHS.  Develop and effective implement EHS training and communication plans, personnel training relevant on the EHS to develop subordinates and stakeholder in EHS knowledge and skills; Do a good job with the relevant government departments to communicate and work exchange
