- Leading front office IT operations, supporting users across offices in the UK, Europe and the US- Managing working relationships with MSPs and third party suppliers- Working with the Application Development team to build automated IT processes for the on/offboarding of staff- Developing members of the front office IT team, ensuring they have SMART objectives- Providing third-line and out of hours support- IT lead in the Conoravrius BCP Team - ensuring downtime during the Covid pandemic was kept to an absolute minimumResponsible for all areas of security within the firm. Duties include:- Ensuring the continual improvement of Information Security across all areas of the business including the move towards Zero Trust- ISO 27001 project lead (certification achieved in 2019)- BCP, DR, Risk Register and all other mandatory ISO 27001 documentation- Building Information Security training programmes for all staff- Continually developing internal systems and processes to improve the firm's security posture

- Overseeing the IT helpdesk operations- Acting as a point of escalation – including third-line and out of hours support- Maintaining and developing IT processes and documentation- Participating in infrastructure projects and IT project work across all UK and international offices- Assisting the ISMS Manager whilst working towards ISO 27001 certification- Developing and implementing security objectives

- Short term position due to relocation- Providing second and third line support to over 1,000 users across several sites in the UK

- Managing the IT help desk- Providing first and second line support to six offices (UK, Germany, US) and a host of remote users- Reporting directly to the IT Manager whilst working closely with the Senior Engineer for third line support issues- Supporting and troubleshooting within a Windows Server 2016, Windows 10/7, Office 365 environment- Helping the firm prepare the framework required for achieving ISO 27001 certification- Successful roll-out of Intel vPro technologies, BitLocker Encryption and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
