Acquired clinical informatics education consultancy contracts through offering curriculum design and delivery services. I assisted with project "Go Lives" and ongoing system implementation.

Managed a 3 state territory within a multiple MSA footprint. My primary responsibility was to assist with new work flow implementation, Metavante LOS system implementation, educate, motivate and hold accountable over 30 Mortgage Loan Officers. Our business focus was to generate new client opportunities and uncover existing bankable households through the mortgage origination process. We did this through cultivating external and internal relationships. In addition to new business generation, our focus was also to attract new deposit, loan and investment dollars for the overall balance sheet. We led the country in average units closed per sales FTE.

Worked with clinicians to assist with transferring from a paper chart work flow to an electronic charting process through new system implementations. I participated and led curriculum design and new system implementations.

Private equity firm that acquired Ace Mortgage Funding and Millennium Funding Group which both dissolved when the liquidity crisis of 2008 hit.

Facilitated the acquisition of funded mortgage volume in excess of 25 million a month covering 4 states and 100 plus Mortgage Loan Officers and supporting staff. Facilitated the training of a new EMITS LOS before electronic application delivery was main stream. Indymac was dissolved through a Federal cease and desist due to the liquidity crisis of 2008.

Managed a start up territory of Mortgage Brokers and Mortgage Bankers totaling 60 different accounts. This start up was primarily focused on table funded mortgage loan volume delivered on a flow basis.

Managed a team of Mortgage Loan Officers and Processors. Primary duties were to oversee the origination, processing and closing work flow. I was also a Regional Acquisition Manager responsible for buying bulk mortgage assets. Responsibilities included underwriting and pricing loan pools.
