Mark is an experienced hands-on executive with a proven history of successfully helping small and mid-market tech enable services companies across multiple industry sectors, improve operating performance, expand market share and increase shareholder value through the various stages of capital acquisition, operational transformation, organic and inorganic growth, and business succession. Mark currently serves as an executive advisor to multiple small and mid-market technology companies. Mark most recently served as President of Aspire Financial Services, a leading provider of record-keeping software and related administration services for individual and group based retirement programs, where he partnered with private equity sponsor FTV Capital to lead Aspire's transformation from an early stage start-up into a sustainably profitable market leader and the strategic merger with another firm. Prior to Aspire, Mark served in various executive leadership and led similar transformations for iSpace, PMSI/AmerisourceBergen, Carrier Enterprise/Watsco, Zavata, IMR Global, and HealthPlan Services. Mark received his BS in Finance and Accounting from Widener University.
