Having joined Winckworth Sherwood in 2013, I have been involved in the promotion of Bills and Orders for clients including Network Rail, Crossrail, the West Midlands Combined Authority and HS2 Phases 1, 2A and 2B, during which I have gained experience and expertise in managing applications, working as part of project teams, advising on programming and procedural requirements, plans and sections, Bill/Order schedules, land referencing, consultation and all other procedural aspects of a promotion.Before joining Winckworth Sherwood I was a Referencing Project Manager at Mouchel for 9 years. During this period I gained significant experience in land and property ownership, land referencing, Book of Reference production and works and lands plans, working on notable major projects including: Crossrail (2004 to 2013), Thameslink (2006 to 2009), West Coast Mainline Route Modernisation (2004 to 2006), Thames Tunnel Tideway (2010 to 2013) and the Croxley Rail Link (2009 to 2013), utilising my detailed knowledge of the various legislations associated with these schemes.
