This position was primarily focused on sales as I was responsible for leasing apartments and homes to prospective residents in a 233 unit apartment community. In conjunction with this primary role, it was also my responsibility to provide the highest level of customer service not only to prospective residents, but to current and previous residents alike. I coordinated third-party marketing at my community and worked closely with apartment search websites to grow our business and bring in future residents. I collected and processed monthly rent, maintained and corrected resident accounts, and worked side-by-side with the maintenance team as well as third-party vendors to ensure work orders were scheduled properly and completed to the residents' satisfaction. I was responsible for completing weekly and monthly reports with strict deadlines in the areas of marketing, occupancy trend analysis, projected renewal rates, and maintenance quality of service.

I served with 3rd Combat Engineer Battalion out of Twentynine Palms, CA as the Battalion Data Chief as well as the Communications Platoon Sergeant. My primary job responsibilities were to maintain computer network connectivity and manage a help desk for over 300 Marines. I received extensive training on all types of computer networks, network security, as well as hardware components and then directly applied those skills in a forward deployed combat zone (Two tours to Afghanistan). I was responsible for the accountability of over $1,000,000 of government assets, some of which containing classified material. I continuously maintained mission-critical network links that allowed Marines throughout Afghanistan to communicate quickly and securely. At the Platoon level, I supervised the training and development of over 30 Marines by creating weekly training plans and utilizing a mentorship program. In addition, I implemented a counseling schedule to ensure that all Marines were accomplishing their goals and as a tool to constructively correct negative behavior as well as to reinforce positive trends.

I was the primary Concierge Services Representative at the MGM Grand @ Foxwoods for all resort guests and helped to facilitate their overall experience. I checked in/out hotel guests, made reservations at the spa and/or fine dining establishments, as well as provided detailed directions throughout the massive 4.7 million square foot casino. I quickly resolved or assisted in the resolution of all guest concerns in a respectful, informative, and professional manner. I worked in a fast-paced environment that required constant multitasking to keep up with a high consumer volume. I built strong relationships with housekeeping, food & beverage, and the gaming departments to coordinate room service, special guest requests, and gift deliveries to hotel rooms.
