Rancher Labs is an open source technology incubator and innovation center with a focus on cloud native technologies. Rancher labs flagship project is a multi-cloud, multi-cluster orchestration tool. All of the Rancher projects are open source and none of them are for sale. So how do we keep innovating and keep the lights on. Our primary product is support for the highly adopted projects like Rancher, k3s, longhorn, and fleet.As Field Engineer, I am responsible for assisting customers and prospects develop their tactical and strategic solutions using kubernetes. As an Edge Specialist, I work with the leading innovators in developing customized solutions that span from cloud to edge gateway to far edge using container orchestration as a common tool across all these domains.

After returning to the states, I joined the Client Services Development team. During my tenure abroad, our CS organization had grown and undergone structural changes.
