Facilitated all network and PC upgrades. Managed cellular and copier accounts. Completed 12 branch openings/moves coordinating all Information Technology needs. Setup and maintained e-Commerce systems: Google Ad-sense, ScreenScape, BarKeeper VMI QR labels, Conexiom PO OCR. Onsite IT lead in 2018's CDC opening: network installations, LAN extensions, Wi-Fi MIMO. Moved Eoff's server room. Maintained the Genetec security system.

Managed telephone and cellular services. Migrated ERP server from Bull to an IBM 7025-6F1 and set up backup IBM 7028-6C1 with automatic file synchronization for disaster recovery.

Installed AIX services to extract real-time data from our ERP into SQL to populate the website. Replaced outdated Mitel system with Cisco VoIP.
