I directed the development and execution of IT projects, conversions and migrations of all IT systems, and the rollout and integration of end-user IT services; constantly maintaining tactical control of project budgets and timelines to ensure teams remain on-task and achieve scheduled targets.Other duties include delivering continuous local/remote support as well as training and technical mentor-ship for employees. In my previous capacity as IT Manager, I formulate/deliver daily workflows, delegate tasks, and attend meetings while tracking and enhancing team performance by setting milestones, conducting appraisals, and devising/implementing personal development plans. Finally, I compiled supporting technical documentation, facilitate presentations, and participate in cross-functional collaborations with key project members to identify and resolve any issues or potential concerns. Selected Achievements:• Generated professional interest for successfully directing eight projects simultaneously within budget, on time, and in scope including the design, development, and deployment of an enterprise migration from Skype for Business to MS Teams.• Oversaw IT infrastructure build-out of a new Corporate Headquarters located in Dallas, Texas.• Directed conversion of Avaya phone system to RingCentral Cloud Solutions encompassing >400 nationwide clinics and two Corporate locations.

During my role as IT Operations Transitions Lead and IT Manager, I provided integration, scope, risk, and communication management support for all systems. Furthermore, I directed aided planning, tracking, and processing for all system and application transitions.Other duties included nurturing stakeholder and shareholder relations as well as members of acquisition targets to control receipt of confidential diligence information. Finally, I organized and attended calls/meetings and supported both selling/buying parties with project planning and timeline forecasting in addition to preparing and distributing weekly/monthly reports for buying parties of all IT systems.Selected Achievements:• Promoted through positions of increasing scope and responsibility from Systems Administrator for STX Healthcare (owned by Guardian Life Insurance) in 2017 to IT Manager in 2018 to IT Operations Transition Lead/IT Manager in 2019 during STX acquisition by Western Dental.• Successfully transitioned 100% of all systems to the buyer as the single point of contact for nearly every portion of the IT environment.

For this post, I spearheaded STX Healthcare's health, welfare, and new IT initiatives including technical support for over 800 employees covering two corporate and 42 office locations across multiple states under supervision from the CIO.In addition to directing the enterprises' technology roadmap, strategic planning, staff management, systems administration, and execution of key projects/programs I controlled capital expenditure, operational expenses, and budget.Finally, I supervised five experts including a Credential Specialist, Tier 1-3 Tech Support, System Administrators, and Network Engineers; offering technical mentorship while establishing training material on customer-facing and internal processes.Selected Achievements:• Boosted Support Team's efficiency on resolving tickets by 70%.

My duties as a Systems Administrator included enabling uptime for day-to-day systems operations as well as preventative/patch maintenance and execution of firmware upgrades.In addition to and resolving/mitigating technical, complex performance issues I provided 24x7 tier I-III support for over 1K PCs, >100 servers (virtual/physical), >50 printers, routers, switches, servers, SAN devices, and firewalls to support the production environment.Finally, I diagnosed and troubleshot issues, served as an escalation point to relevant teams and led multiple disaster recovery events.Selected Achievements:• Resolved over 4k support tickets• Triggered reduction in downtime by measuring performance and conducting analysis data reports on virtual environment.
