Audited preliminary construction drawings for construction issues before final drawings were issued for construction. Red-lined drawings and updated engineering using Bluebeam software. Worked directly with the Project Manager and VP of Natural Gas Operations, Hiland Partners, coordinating and implementing the construction of large gathering and compressing systems in the Williston Basin. Supervised coordination of all contractors, survey partners and my inspection staff. Guided line routing, Informed client weekly at update meetings. Partnered with various producers in the area to schedule well hookups and line purge into clients’ midstream system. Arbitrated land owner contractual issues and orchestrated reclamation activities. Refocused procurement procedures on a large inventory of construction materials, yielding a 40% cost savings. Operated and maintained a propane-air unit used to keep towns supplied with gas during outages. Dispatched and maintain a fleet of 15 heavy haul trucks and trailers. Responsible for the on time delivery of all materials and pipe to various job sites in the Lone Star gas system. Responsible for the repair and maintenance of the construction equipment fleet.
