I have extensive experience with developing websites and web-based applications using Laravel, VueJS, PHP, Javascript, SASS and WordPress. Upon arriving in the UK I joined the Scion Coalition Scheme which is an intensive training program run by Netmatters, which affords trainees the opportunity to enter the industry. The course is 40 hours per week, supervised by senior developers, and simulates employment as a developer to ensure we are prepared for full-time employment. I acted as a pod leader where in I lead meetings and raised questions to management when needed.
