- Derma Medical is a (PE-owned) medical education provider, teaching aesthetics to Doctors, Nurses and other medical professionals, across the UK, the US, Australia, Sweden and Dubai.- During my role I have delivered over 100% revenue growth and a material improvement in our EBITDA. I oversaw a cost reduction programme to streamline the business and brought in both sales and marketing teams to deliver on the required growth.- I managed the PE relationship on a day-to-day basis and within Derma Medical was responsible for HR, Legal, IT as well as Finance, whilst supporting on the strategic direction of Marketing and Sales.- I managed the key banking and supplier relationships and the financial launch of our US entity and business.

- RFi Group is a (PE-owned) sub £50m revenue (100+ headcount) market research and data business, providing insights into the Financial Services and Payments sectors, with offices in UK, Australia, US, Canada and HK/Singapore.- During my time at RFi, we exited to Private Equity (from private ownership) and grew revenues by more than 50% year on year (sale to PE)- We completed a US entity and business launch and restructured the business (including 90+ new hires) to facilitate further growth whilst ensuring costs were maintained.- Completed the acquisition a US entity for a 7 figure sum to further boost our US presence and integrated this into the overall business.- Responsible for relationship with PE owner, key suppliers, banking partners and other key external stakeholders, including required submissions to various tax and regulatory bodies.

- Divido is a fintech offering a white label Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) software. Headcount 60+ and revenues greater than £10m. VC-backed/owned.- Brought in to restructure finance, including bringing in a new ERP system. I also managed the day-to-day finances (hands-on role with no team) across international entities (UK, US and Europe)- Revenues increased by 80%, 50% cost reduction and 50% reduction in debtors and debtor days- On Board and dealing with VC investors, external stakeholders and banking, tax and other key relationships

- Fingopay is a start-up fintech, payments and biometric technology business, backed by various UHNWs and HNWs, headcount circa 20 and went from pre-revenue to revenue generating in my term there- Significant fundraising work, meeting investors and potential investors, raising seven figure sums during my time- Prep for Series A work including meeting with VCs, Corporate backers, Brokers and Family Offices, including several angel rounds of funding- Responsible for commercialisation of product launch and ownership of P&L, managing spend and cost control

- Paragon (now part of Colliers following a trade sale) is a professional services business in the building and property sectors. Advising commercial property owners, funders, occupiers and advisers on the whole lifecycle of property assets. Covering all aspects of building surveying, project management, cost consultancy, construction technology, sustainability and environmental services. - Headcount circa 200 with T/O circa £30-40m- Responsible for HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, Admin and all non-Sales within the business (35 headcount)- Led end-to-end a significant acquisition, all elements of the transaction including deal structure and negotiations, managed the DD process and results, sourced funding, plus the transformation project of the resulting culture and operational change, including moving the business from 110 to 175 H/C and associated uplift in Revenue- Restructured the governance structure, operational set-up and fundamental efficiency of the business- Owned and managed relationships with the banks, auditors, IT providers, legal advisors and other major contractual and support relationships
