Motivated to learn from the sharpest minds in enterprise solution delivery, I joined Thoughtworks as an Executive Client Principal, directly managing a set of key client relationships. Devbridge is a digital product design and development consultancy. I joined as a Managing Director with P&L responsibility for Financial Services clients. Responsibilities included sourcing new business, attracting and leading Product Management and Product Design talent, and ensuring we provide excellent delivery for existing clients.

Morningstar acquired HelloWallet, a successful startup in the growing field of Financial Wellness. I accepted a role on the HelloWallet leadership team, primarily focused on finding product/market fit with enterprise buyers. While we successfully identified a new direction and gained traction with Employee Benefits platforms, our largest customer made a bid for the business and Morningstar agreed to sell.

Product leader for a new initiative in wealth management that included 12 teams on four continents and over 250 people. A key initiative was focused on user research to inform critical feature design. Successfully launched the alpha product into production in scope and on time.

Took on P&L responsibility for a global business delivering Morningstar's SaaS capabilities. Relocated to London. A key success was implementing a new regional operating structure to eliminate home office bottlenecks and empower local teams. This change allowed us to deploy client solutions more rapidly in Europe and Asia, shortening the time to revenue and improving team productivity and morale.

P&L owner of the Enterprise Components business in North America. I successfully spearheaded the launch of a new custom software solutions practice at Morningstar, winning three major financial services firms as customers.

Leading a small tiger team, replatformed an acquired Ibbotson Associates digital product within a Morningstar framework. Successfully launched the new product in 4 months and won $1.5M in new contracts in 9 months. I was honored with the 2006 Chairman's Award, Morningstar's Employee of the Year. Grew business to $4M in annual recurring revenue by 2008.

Technical sales role to support enterprise software sales of portfolio construction, retirement, and wealth forecasting APIs. Successfully supported a 3-6 month sales cycle, resulting in 4 new clients.
