I am focused on growing and developing Reynolds Logistics commercial position in the clean fuels and gases sectors. We are providers of logistics services, asset lease solutions (including Hydrogen MEGC units) and ADR services to the gases sector. I am a leader with significant experience in business management, leading multisite operations and business development in clean energy (hydrogen, LNG, biomethane), healthcare and industrial gases. A down to earth doer, I have a strong commitment to employee wellbeing/diversity and bring a sustainability focus in all roles I perform. KEY ACHIEVEMENTSGrowth mindset – I set up and led a new business to >£2M turnover and 20% operating profit in the UK clean fuels sector. I built and recruited the business team, negotiated source contracts, set up supply chain operations, devised engineering solutions, led business development and fostered crucial partnerships with key industry players.Operations leadership - Throughout the COVID pandemic, I directed a large multi-site service/delivery operation providing Oxygen to over 10,000 NHS patients. During exceptional and challenging times, I delivered to targets without any KPI failures, safety incidents or workplace absence. I delivered a complex contract transition of over 5,000 patients, 50 new employees and over 25,000 medical devices into a new region with no service disruption or safety incidents.Continuous improvement and productivity - I achieved sustained productivity savings of >£1M through my tenure in healthcare. This was achieved through optimising distribution operations, improving supply arrangements, leading wage negotiations, value stream mapping the engineering/warehousing operation and automating key processes in our contact centre. I led a national tender submission and resecured a £50M NHS contract in this period, confirming that the productivity savings were achieved without detrimental impact to the service delivery.
