Home reverse engineering was completed and business requirements placed on hold to reallocate BA resources to Auto effectively placing the Home project on hold 6/19/15.

New logic will create queues for fact finding meetings between claimants and employer’s with IWD agents, automate notifications to claimants through the profile messaging center, send status emails, and reduce letters sent through USPS to significantly reduce postage costs. Projects follow a hybrid SDLC process and includes basic deliverables including MS project plan, business definitions, process flows, test and use cases, development, IST/UAT, and Go, No Go for implementation.Formally outlined projects to the Department of Labor and received Supplemental Budget Request funding in the amount of $1,250.000.
