I am a Partner in the Minneapolis office of HKA. I specialize in the investigation and resolution of business disputes, primarily related to the construction and utility industries. I have consulted on a variety of projects including casinos, schools, hotels, distribution centers, power plants, sports stadiums, airports, water treatment facilities, pipelines, highways, light rail lines and tunnels. In addition, I have analyzed manufacturing and termination issues for government contracts. I lead teams analyzing critical path method (CPM) schedules, delay analyses, productivity, cost increases and contract issues.I testify as an expert in court proceedings, arbitrations and mediations. I also present damage and schedule delay analyses during settlement negotiations. I have also consulted with, and presented to, companies on scheduling methods and procedures, costs tracking and means to track the impact of project issues.Prior to working for HKA, I worked as a Project Manager for JE Dunn Construction.
