By utilizing continuous process improvement, we strive to improve our service level to our business partners while continuing to keep I/S related costs in check relative to Medline revenue growth.In my current role, I'm responsible for all I/S functions that are front office facing. These include: eCommerce (i.e. Medline.com), Revenue Processes (Opportunity to Quote, Order to Cash), Partner Integration (EDI / XML), Sales Force Automation Tools (Including CRM) and Business Intelligence (Including Predictive Analytics). I'm fortunate to work with world class teams to support these critical business functions.
