I am a forward looking entrepreneurial financial and operational executive. I create value for VC and PE-backed SaaS companies by identifying, formulating and driving organic and inorganic growth strategies that generate revenue and EBITDA growth while maximizing investor returns. By partnering with the CEO, I help create and drive overall strategic planning and short and long-term business planning. Over the course of my career, I have raised over $1B in debt, equity and IPO fundraising, been part of a $1.5B debt offering, spearheaded multiple Mergers and Acquistions (M&A) and several IPO’s, and led the activities to be acquired twice by pubic companies. As an integral member of the leadership team, I lead capital raising (equity, debt and IPO), debt refinancing and negotiations with investors and banks. My goal is to institute the processes and procedures to create a decision-focused culture that drives accelerated growth.
