Creating client advice propositions and influencing business strategy that enables MLC Advice to be widely regarded as a business with a signature client experience and place where advice professionals want to work.Responsible for, building and enhancing the advice propositions for MLC Advice existing and future clients, informing the strategic direction of the company. Developing the processes and systems to embed client propositions including the change management process to ensure our people are well supported to deliver them. Working with key stakeholders to take these propositions to key referral partners and the industry.

Mlc Advice

A significant role in the establishment of MLC Advice's brand, transitioning from NAB Financial Planning. I was responsible for leading teams to design, develop and implement large scale client experience programs for MLC Advice's ~300 client facing team members in 17 locations across Australia servicing 6,500 clients and $24bn in FUM. Consulted on primary consumer research, liaised with key internal stakeholders and external SME consultants to create systems, collateral, processes and client facing "soft" skills to support each program.Responsible for consulting, coaching and influencing all roles within the organisation from General Managers, Steering committees, Advisers and Client Support staff.Led the design and delivery of key client experience programs such as • The MLC Advice New Client Experience • Investment Philosophy Led the design and delivery of internal and external feedback systems such as• Voice of Client Program • Internal Consultative Committees The impact of these programs means a consistent client experience, aligned to MLC Advice’s client value proposition, backed by a commercial fee model across all of MLC Advice's 17 locations. These programs are also set up for future innovation through the feedback and insights uncovered in the delivered feedback systems.
