• Responsible for 15 person team consisting of Advanced Manufacturing Engineers and Supplier Engineers.• Advanced Manufacturing Engineers are responsible for supporting the New Product Development Process in areas of: Design for manufacturability, PFMEA, DFMEA, Validation of fabrication and Assembly process and equipment, Assembly line layout and execution of assembly process including developing standard work, training, ergonomic evaluations, inspection and test.• Led team through the new product development and acquisition process across all business units. • Built new structure, created vision, hired staff for new Advanced Operations Team. Also created updated systems and procedures in order to improve our ability to launch new products quickly, ensure full compliance, meet cost targets, and provide innovative solutions to our customers.

Supply Chain Manager for Quebec City Manufacturing Division. responsible for 28 person team consisting of Warehouse management, Material Handling, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, New Product Purchasing, and Value Engineering. Served on Executive Staff for this facility which included Management Review, Strategic Planning, Compliance Commitee, as well as resposibility fr performance for key divisional objectives.
