HCBS, RCFE, ARF, EBSH, ARFPSHN community and Industry Leader focused on delivering services gaps between Individuals, Professionals, Businesses, Communities, and Public & Private Organizations to focus on Quality Care and Access to Care that supports Adults and Older Adults with disability and Mental health. As the Founder and Director of Community Outreach at Ca Care Association, I have over 12 years of experience in delivering services to bridge the gaps between individuals, professionals, businesses, communities, and public and private organizations in the field of care of Adults and older adults with dual diagnosis/ cooccurring medical conditions. My mission is to provide access to caregiver education, quality care and that support to adults, seniors and their families, as well as to advocate for their rights and needs.I am also a certified instructor of Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI), teaching staff how to respond to crisis situations with a focus on de-escalation techniques and safe interventions. I am a Heartsaver and Basic Life support instructor through American Hearth Association. Additionally, I serve as a ARF, RCFE Provider Stakeholder at the California Department of Social Services, where I participate in meetings to discuss policy, regulatory, and statutory issues impacting RCFEs. I have a strong background in international business, performing arts, liberal arts, and humanities, and I am fluent in Tagalog, English, and Spanish and conversational Japanese.
