Washington Penn, an Audia Group company, supplies polypropylene, polyethylene, and thermoplastic elastomer compounds.– Supported the global sales team for Washington Penn and its four sister companies, including creating photo and video content, managing digital assets, implementing the corporate brand identity and guidelines, planning customer events, and maintaining a trade show presence.– Implemented company rebrand. This included onsite managing and updating for name and logo changes at 11 locations around the globe. Presented and trained rebrand to coworkers at the onsite locations. Converted companywide systems and documents to the rebranded look.– Managed photography, both in-studio and on-site, for use in digital and print sales material, including people, products, services, and events.– Produced videos for use in marketing, sales, and employer branding. Video included products, personal testimonials, event documentaries, corporate videos, and marketing campaigns.– Coordinated tradeshow logistics including booth set-up, onsite presence, and photographic documentation. For instance, the K-Show in Düsseldorf, which is the world’s largest trade show for the plastics and rubber industry. – Directed customer events for up to 100 people including appreciation dinners and live entertainment.– Managed media asset storage for 6TB+ of video and 35K pictures and other creative elements across Audia Group and five member companies– Managed outside vendors and contractors: filmmakers, photographers, production houses, and on-set crews.
