After 21 years, As CEO, Chief Research Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, we have been acquired by ISG. I still lead the executive team and operations across our marketing, revenue, client success, products, analyst and finance teams. I also lead the global research agenda across business and information technology and team across expertise areas including Digital Business, Customer Experience, Office of Sales, Marketing, Office of Finance, Human Capital Management, Analytics and Data. Celebrating almost two decades in the technology industry bringing experience, expertise and research in our Consulting, Advisory, Research and Education product lines to help business and IT across the world.

Responsible for the leadership of a volunteer team dedicated to the Scouting and the traditional program through activities, advancement, camping and training, and community program for youth and families to provide experiences and opportunity that strives to build and foster an inclusive environment that enables, values, and promotes diversity within our organization, local community, employees, volunteers, and Scouts. The mission is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor Member of the Order of the Arrow. Provide coaching and leadership support for youth in our community, state and nation through Boy Scouts and the national honor society called Order of the Arrow. Key operations leader at 2010, 2013 & 2017 National Jamboree staff and in 2013 and 2017 at at Bechtel Summit was admin deputy adviser for OA Trek Guides program. 2023 National Jamboree lead for JamboWarrior obstacle course serving 3,525 youth. Led the longest open outdoor obstacle race in US history called OA Warrior for 5 days and over 3k participants at 2015 National OA Conference. Past Order of the Arrow Lodge Adviser of Lo La 'Qam Geela in Crater Lake Council and past Lodge Adviser of Ut-In Selica Lodge in Mt Diablo Silverado Council. Past Scoutmaster of Troop 18 in Crater Lake Council and Troop 888 in Mt. Diablo Silverado Council. Scoutmaster of World Scout Jamboree in 2019 leading a unit of 40 to the largest Scouting event held at Bechtel Summit, WV, Past Executive Board Member of Crater Lake Council. Current Executive Board Member of Program for Las Vegas Area Council.

Board member of the Golf Palisades Owners Association as part of the Upper Rivers Edge Association representing our community to homeowners and the town of Bend. Responsible for the governance of CC&R.
