Co-patented this technology and managed business through field deployment.▶ Directed technology development for oilfield services company, managed highly accelerated new product design and prototyping, initial manufacturing, and IP protection, obtaining several patents within 2 years. ▶ Acted as agent of change, pushed product shift that boosted sales from $40 million to $58 million in European electrical components manufacturer, while saving $7+ million in labor costs.▶ Led restructuring push as board member for $140 million revenue chemical company; cut costs, changed product line adding $13 million to earnings.I am a problem solver, team player, and self-taught engineer trained formally in economics, transnational business, and transactional law.
