For 20+ years, I have had the distinct privilege to work in the inclusive excellence, justice, diversity, and equity space at non-profits, higher education institutions, state, and national levels. As a diversity advocate, I work with cross-functional teams and an array of members of an organization from interns to executives as well as boards and community members towards building an anti-racist, inclusive, belonging culture.
