2016 - I took over an existing on-prem installation of Tableau consisting of 96 cores and supporting the application to existing users while expanding the footprint to encompass all areas of the company.2016-2018 - I continued to work on all aspects of BusinessObjects that include server and system maintenance, user support and report and universe development.2018-2020 - Lead a team to retire SAP BusinessObjects from Intuit. During this process our team led users to other applications that included Tableau and QlikView.2017 - Led the process to successfully migrate Tableau from on-prem to AWS Cloud. This process encompassed the setup and configuration of AWS accounts to support the application.2017-Present - Continued support and maintenance of Tableau that included quarterly restack of the environment, yearly upgrades and security patching, user onboarding and support and system administration.2021-2024 - I took over ownership of Amplitude for Intuit. Taking on this tool required me to overcome a learning curve in a previously unknown area of Intuit’s data. During the first year of tool ownership I reduced expenses by ~50% by applying usage metrics against currently used transaction data to reduce the cost incurred for incoming data. After successfully managing Amplitude I transition the tool to a new member of my team.

Primary duties include the support of company wide reporting solution that include:- The day-to-day maintenance of the BusinessObjects 4.1 installation.- Streamlining of legacy security profiles.- User support and Training.- Development and Maintenance of universes.- Development and Maintenance of canned and adhoc reporting.- Integration of agile mythologies into day-to-day processes.

Let the project to merge two separate installations of BusinessObjects(4.1) to allow better integration throughout the company. This project reduced cost and streamlined data injection for the primary source of reporting for the company. Working closely with a distributed team of analysts and software developers to support business intelligence tools company wide.

Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of both our XI3.1 and BI4 installations. Additionally I am also the primary universe developer and enterprise level reporting developer. During the end of 2012 into 2013 I incorporated Dashboards and OLAP into our BI4 installation while interacting with our internal data services team to streamline source DB systems to allow for faster time-to-market universes that outperform existing systems with up to a 300% increase in reporting speeds.

In charge of all aspects of Business Objects XIR2 (Universe Design, Report Design, System Maintenance and User Support)

Worked with different teams to streamline process and track project progress.

Managed the internal software development staff responsible for the ground up development of a homegrown CRM application that drove company efficiency and automation. Responsibilities included the day-to-day management of the development staff and all project management aspects for inward facing applications.

Co-Managed customer service department consisting of over 80 call center representatives. Responsibilities included scheduling for 24/7 coverage, customer escalation and reporting roll-up to upper management. Developed automation to streamline manual tasks for account maintenance using home grown VBA applications and 3270 emulation. These processed reduced human errors and escalated processes that would require full teams to manually enter. Developed all corporate training materials and drove the on-boarding and training process for all service team members.

Worked with a small team to support all aspects of desktop support including deployment and maintenance of workstation, user setup and software cataloging and upgrades.
