Brought into Pierry as VP of Finance to direct and control the financial operations of the business whilst simultaneously managing the integration into the WPP network. • Member of the executive team are reported directly into local CEO and also Global CFO and CEO of Wunderman NA• Successful development and implementation of financial tools, policies and processes that aided the results of the business and improved cashflow by over 300% • Working directly with Deloitte acquisition audit team for the successful completion of the WCAP audit to establish opening balances• Worked closely with our Japan office and our 2016 Ohio acquisition to ensure accurate monthly consolidated financial statements and reporting in WPP• Ensure timely and accurate Payroll and Company tax reporting to both internal tax office and state tax offices • Implemented the monthly forecasting and revenue recognition process that successfully aided in improved financial decisions regarding resourcing and client investment• Main point of contact with other WPP BU’s to ensure effective and efficient collaboration regarding resourcing and financial activities• Design and implementation of SOx controls • Trained and mentored a team of 3 to increase accounting knowledge and skills whilst educating them on WPP reporting expectations

As a direct result of my experience and knowledge of integrating a similar business in the UK into the WPP network I was asked to perform a similar exercise in the US for the newly acquired Viscira LLC based in San Francisco. I play a key role in the transition from an entrepreneurial business to being part of a publicly traded company I manage a team of 3 in the finance function and work closely with the CEO, COO and HR Manager to ensure all WPP requirements are met and SOx Controls are adhered to.

As UK Financial Controller my primary role was to manage and control all financial activities for the S&H UK Group consisting of 2 separate entities and 4 divisions each with their own P&L and balance sheets. The supervision and development of a team of 3I assisted in the business growing from a loss making business in 2008 to an agency with one of the highest profitability rates in the WPP network in 2016 with a revenue growth of 150% in that period
