Speed, scale and usability are essential.I've been in the software engineering world for over 25 years, leading digital transformation and eCommerce at scale. I specialise in turning business strategy into technology investments that generate strong revenue. I'm well known for enabling large-scale agile adoption and governance, and I reject the antiquated and lazy thinking which states that time-bound or regulatory initiates cannot be done with agile!Currently I am involved in the world of digital currencies, both decentralised crypto, and ongoing discussion/debate on proposed central-bank generated digital currency.My other main distraction is philosophy, where I am seeking to move from muddled ignorance to informed bemusement, especially in relation to political philosophyI'm open to coaching those seeking progression in their career.
