Reduced leakage to the lowest levels since 2012 using end-to-end leakage management teams through detection, repair, metering, pressure management and mains renewals and optimisation. Additional responsibility for Engineers delivering asset investment projects for £7M pa as well as initiating a review of the £175M 25 year asset planning and investment programme.
