After Harris bought NextGen Clinicals I continued with the day to day production DBA role that oversaw the performance of 80+ client servers, along with numerous internal development servers. Monitor backups, integrity checks, and index/statistics maintenance. Training Developers on MS SQL best practices. Started working more with Oracle first with 11c then with 19c on an Oracle database appliance. Migrated our hosted MS SQL clients from 2008R2 to 2016SP2.
