Mark heads up the Complete Discovery Source (CDS) London office, overseeing operations and our team of project managers and forensic experts,. Mark also as sits on the CDS Subject Matter Expert (SME) panel, providing consultative support for matters across the company, and heads up the CDS Convert service line, developing our suite of Relativity Short Message Format (RSMF) conversion tools.Mark works with our clients across all aspects of the EDRM, providing workflows and strategies for forensic collections, including search and seizure\delivery up orders. In a time of a global pandemic Mark advises clients on international and domestic remote collection methodologies to provide our clients with safe, cost effective and defensible solutions to collect data for eDiscovery cases or forensic investigations.Mark is a Relativity Master, and Brainspace Certified Administrator, and works with our clients on a wide range of cases including global Managed Service solutions, litigation's, investigations, and DSAR/CCPA requests, Mark routinely works on data mapping exercises, workflow creation, and advises case teams on how to deal with non standard data types such as Mobile Phones, Microsoft Teams/Slack exports, ticketing systems and audio data. Mark advises our clients on the use of technologies within their case including the use of analytics to reduce time and cost, including the use of Continuous Active Learning (CAL) to review data quickly, and defensibly.

Mark specialises in the project management of eDiscovery cases, advising clients throughout all stages of the EDRM. Mark works alongside clients in identifying data for collection in disclosure exercises, and advises on best practices for collection of data, data processing and document review workflows in eDiscovery platforms.Mark's primary focus is managing global eDiscovery projects in the Relativity review platform and currently holds the Relativity Master certification including the Relativity Certified Administrator, Analytics and Project Management certifications. Mark guides clients on the best way to structure their workflow in an efficient, defensible and methodical way.Mark also advises on data culling techniques such as filtering, keyword searching and analytics in order to reduce the overall review population. Mark has run multiple large scale projects utilising Technology Assisted Review to review large amounts of data quickly and effectively.Mark is also responsible for the production of documents for disclosure and court bundles providing advice on disclosure protocols and quality assurance of the review and subsequent disclosure.

Mark Anderson is a Senior Project Manager and Team Lead within Consilio's London eDiscovery practice and has over six years experience managing large eDiscovery and forensic cases for both law firms and corporate clients. During this time Mark has worked on global projects catering for clients across Europe, the Caribbean, Asia and the United States. Mark has also provided onsite eDiscovery services through mobile solutions at client sites in Africa, Italy, Denmark and multiple locations throughout the United Kingdom. Mark is familiar with all aspects of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model and has managed and conducted large scale forensic collections globally including Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Russia and Africa.Mr Anderson specialises in the project management of eDiscovery cases, advising clients throughout all stages of the EDRM. Mark works alongside clients in identifying data for collection in disclosure exercises including supporting the client in the completion of Electronic Disclosure Questionnaires. Mark has managed as well as conducted forensic collections of a range of electronic data sources including but not limited to server email, webmail, personal computers, mobile phones, social media, network shares and back-up tapes.In addition to eDiscovery project management and collections Mark has also managed, conducted and advised clients on forensic examinations and has conducted examinations involving alleged intellectual property theft, fraud, computer misuse and competition violations.

Mr. Anderson focuses on conducting and advising clients on data identification and collection, forensic investigations and document reviews for various national and international clients. Mark assists clients in the planning and execution of eDiscovery projects, through all phases of the EDRM model. Mark’s specific focus is in structured review using both the Relativity and Clearwell eDiscovery Platform.Mark has managed large scale document review advising clients on data culling, review workflow, data analytics and document production. Mark has managed a number of onsite review projects through mobile review platforms providing onsite data collection, processing and review hosting in multiple sites in Europe. Mark also conducts forensic collections and examinations as part of delivery up and search orders.Mark has conducted multiple investigations into computers and mobile phones and provides written reports and witness statements for examinations relating to Intellectual Property Theft, Fraud and competition violations.

Performing onsite data collections, forensic investigation and eDiscovery Project management using the Clearwell review platform.Mark manages eDiscovery review cases from processing through to productions and advises clients on review workflow, data culling and document production.Alongside review management Mark has conducted forensic investigations for allegations of Deception, Fraud and Intellectual Property Theft. Mark has conducted investigations of digital devices and produced written reports identifying relevant evidence and recovering data-artefacts through the analysis of Internet History, USB devices, Mobile Phone backups, deleted data and system restore points.Mark has performed data collections of various digital media formats including Laptops\Desktops, USB Devices, Mobile Phones, Tablets, Servers and Email accounts.

An Analyst within the European Forensic and Electronic Discovery Services Team. Performing onsite data collections or imaging of various types of digital media data including and not limited to hard drives and mobile phones for both domestic and international clients.Mark utilises a wide range of imaging software including Encase, XRY, Cellebrite and FTK (Forensic Tookit), and has attended various onsite collections around the world including Russia, Africa, Scandinavia and the UK. Mark also assists in data culling, data processing and eDiscovery project management in the Clearwell review platform

Database management, designing and implementing Access Databases, to improve working procedures;Working alongside the Sustainability Committee and Corporate Citizenship Committee. This includes work with charity fundraising, supervising work experience students and also working with children with learning difficulties.
