RLG Capital and Trinity Private Equity Group led the investment in learning solutions company eLearning Brothers and the acquisition of industry innovators Trivantis and Edulence with co-investment from HCAP Partners and Eagle Marsh Holdings. A Senior Debt facility was provided by Key Bank. The investment and acquisition will enable eLearning Brothers to establish a Platform that combines its high-quality eLearning courses and related content with Lectora, an industry-leading rapid authoring tool, CenarioVR, a cutting-edge virtual reality course builder, and Knowledgelink, a nimble learning management system (LMS), creating a unique learning ecosystem to better serve learning professionals worldwide.
