Currently serves as the Lead DVTE Technician, responsible for the up-keep, updates, troubleshooting of hardware/software, and networking within the DVTE Program. Having been a Senior DVTE Analyst, I still assist in training Marines in the benefitial use of the DVTE system. I can not only proficiently set up a DVTE lab, configure the network, and install new software over the network to all computers, but I can also proficiently train the Marines in the individual simulations within the DVTE system with confidence. With my training, those Marines can then train their subordinates as I then become a facilitator capable of assisting with further simulation knowledge or to address a technical issue with the DVTE system while in training use.

-Provide training to Marines through computer simulations.-Analize computer programs and tailor simulation scenarios to accomodate Mairne unit Standard Operating Procedures.-Serve as a team member responsible for evaluating new software and providing feedback before software distribution.

-Served as a Weapons Instructor, Specializing in Foreign weapons and re-assessing the uses of US domestic weapons.-Reorganiziation of shooting range procedures.-Provide detailed reports on analysis of Transition Teams performances.
