CurrentThe Venetian Las Vegas is a luxury hotel and casino resort located on the Las Vegas Strip.As the Director of Product Management, eCommerce Marketing, I am responsible for defining the vision, roadmap and execution of the reservations website for Venetian Las Vegas. I work to craft and proactively iterate a product vision, strategy and roadmap to influence stakeholders with product narrative that is clear, concise and easy to understand.Direct critical functions encompassing product planning, requirements gathering, documentation, roadmap creation, UAT, analytics, and product iteration.Facilitated successful redesign of the reservation website https://www.venetianlasvegas.com/booking to optimize for conversion and product mix.Perform user experience testing with moderated and unmoderated consumer research tests.Manage various product teams both internal and external including: Merchandising/UX, Design, Development, UAT/QA Resources, Revenue Optimization, Website Analytics, Content, Digital Partnerships, ADA Compliance, and Performance.Manage the CRO A/B testing initiative; that delivers over a 350%.
