Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to I.T equipment on a large scale and advanced systems. Covering hardware, operating system and Application (e.g., Cisco UCS, Cisco switches/Routers, ESXi, NetApp, FortiGate, Windows AD, Vmware, Opmanager, HPE SimpliVity, NTP, UPS, Veeam)Provide support for Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware virtualization, application support, Server administration and security as well as Backup and Disaster Recovery.Responsible for troubleshooting and problem-solving the associated systems, as necessaryPerforms the installation and configuration of communication devices including but not limited to – Switches, Routers, Servers and Storage.

Managing and maintaining Video OS system (Milestone, CNL, Genetec) ● Managing Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, CCTV system, Access control system (KABA, MAXXES, SALTO LOCKS, MORPHO, HID.) ● Implementing Hardware and Software Load Balancing and clustering, network sizing/scaling and topology designing. ● Implementing Network Security, Virtualization for (Microsoft and VMware) products as well as Microsoft Windows Server. ● Managing, maintaining and deployment of storage systems (EMC Isilon, Resilient) ● Deployment and Implementation of firewall policy. (FortiGate) ● Deployment and maintaining Intercom System (Aiphone & Stentofone) ● Deployment and maintaining Public address system (CobraNet, Praesideo) ● Maintaining network and servers, working with vendors and technical staff on network and server implementation, optimization and ongoing management. ● Providing high-level support and technical expertise in networking technology and Windows Servers, including LAN/WAN hardware, switches, Dell servers, bridges and routers. ● Ensure proactive engagement in incident management process.

● Accurately and timely performs daily job tasks as specified in the job sheet and relevant procedures. ● Performs standard operational service requests and ensures that request will be closed within the prescribed priority. ● Monitors system availability, performance, and operation of the systems environment; ensures issues or problems are taken care of by the appropriate support team and escalated to management according to defined procedures. ● Performs and/or monitor system backups and ensure tapes are transferred between production and DR site. ● Performs out-of-hours help desk function, logging requests to the help desk system, and contacting support staff to initiate corrective action.

● Provides troubleshooting and maintaining client systems and applications by providing online technical support; acts as the representative of the client company to execute front-line contact center service (using prescribed media by the client company). ● Facilitate and document transactions effectively while maintaining a high level of program and product knowledge and meeting service level agreements. ● Interfaces with customers/users through various modes of communication (e.g. email, instant messaging systems, chat) to understand the request and solicit relevant information.● Diagnoses ticket requests effectively and quickly to resolve and come up with solutions and appropriate action plans to complete the ticket request.
