The delivery lead is responsible for overseeing operations functions including logistics, technology, implementation, and data and analytics. They are tasked with recognizing a need and leading continuous improvement initiatives that address business needs. Training team members and ensuring the adoption of best practices are also critical components of the operations leader role.Process & operational excellence:• Provide expertise on technology systems and functions (ex, process flows, skyrecruit, ats).• Manage and document process changes, update in process map as well as in systems, and communicate changes to team. May design and/or recommend new or updated processes, team configuration, etc. As necessary.• Serve as the work stream owner for client implementations.• Assist leadership in ensuring team is able to meet service level agreements (SLA's) by creating and managing scorecards and appropriate metrics.• Drive efficiencies to meet team outcomes.• Own daily leadership of the team to meet established goals and metrics.• Establish regular communications with the team, such as 1-1 meetings and team meetings with established agendas.• Perform a full range of managerial responsibilities which may include but not be limited to: interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work. • Coordinate PTO requests and ensure adequate coverage of work volumes.• Approve timesheets and worklogs from ats.• Manage Pod Capts. and serve as front line escalation for client and coordinators’ issues/questions; escalate to Operations Managers as appropriate.
