Having been earmarked by management for placement in China, pending successful license application, I was seconded to the Seoul office to gain valuable experience in Asia.• Trained the Korean team with regards to global systems and best business practice.• Collaborated with Sales, Legal, Trading and Compliance to provide global financial products to Korean clients for the first time.

Following a direct approach, I was hired laterally as a graduate level analyst.Notable Achievements:• Partnered with technology to improve GSAM trade management systems, most notably achieving double digit efficiencies in delivery of foreign exchange.• Responsible for foreign exchange, equity and bond trade automation and settlement.

After completion of my University degree, I decided to work overseas rather than travel. I successfully applied for a one year contract at an international school in Beijing. On completion of my contract, I transferred to a State primary school and took private tuition classes to supplement my income.Highlights include:• Gave demonstration classes to parents of prospective students for private English school and increased student uptake.• Created and delivered English syllabus to a year of 120 Chinese primary school students.
