Currently, leading a professional staff of Team Leaders, Project Managers, Engineers, Project Services and other support personnel to execute an annual $150m+ portfolio Alaska North Slope projects in support of exploration activities. Also, BP's Contract Accountable Manager (CAM) for all work performed by BPXA's Anchorage EPMS Contractor.

Functioned as the Project General Manager (PGM) for the Bay Crossing Natural Gas Pipeline ($150m, 40 mile, 36"Diam.) front end FERC application development and as the PGM for a 2005 Dive Campaign Project Portfolio in the Gulf of Mexico. Also, managed a portfolio of projects for the BP PLBU including onshore, offshore repairs and installations.

Managed both onshore and offshore pipeline related projects. Experienced with hurricane repairs, expansions, tie-in's and other activities. Experienced in contracting major vessel mobilizations to support Gulf of Mexico pipeline activities.

Provided Leadership and Organizational Management for a portfolio of works projects and major environmental initiatives ranging in size up to $20m for half of the BP, Texas City Refinery. Managed a major fire recovery effort, including Unit TAR repairs, at a cost of $63m.

Managed the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction activities for multiple small and major capital domestic and international projects. Managed company personnel and contractor staff for front-end loading and project execution of major capital projects.

Managed an $80mm grass roots Paraxylene project. Responsible for all construction activities and project safety.* Project completed 10% under budget, ahead of schedule while supervising 300+contractors and other Company personnel.* Project honored with the Chairman's Award for Safety.

Supervised professional engineering, inspection, and drafting staff. Supported plant wide technical requirements, daily process operations and maintenance. * Managed a $15mm capital plan and budget to support capital project development for the entire plant.* Managed an integrated Plant technical staff of 20 personnel for a petrochemical lubricant additives facility consisting of professional engineers, inspection personnel, and draftsmen.* Developed and implemented in-house programs for petrochemical facilities to comply with OSHA Process Safety Management and other regulatory programs. These programs saved an estimated $100k in consulting fees.

Managed unit maintenance activities in support of operations for four industrial, petrochemical facilities. Coordinated, planned and organized daily unit maintenance and turnarounds while considering manpower, operational requirements and budget constraints.* Led a staff of 40 personnel consisting of first line Maintenance Supervisors and craftsmen for an industrial facility. Directed the activities of the instrument and electrical shop for the entire plant.* Identified and corrected equipment deficiencies through improved PM, etc. One compressor example saved $100k/year.

Managed, coordinated and supervised multiple, simultaneous major capital projects. Supervised engineering disciplines, project engineering, construction and unit startups. Worked with mechanical, instrumentation and electrical equipment.

Managed, designed and supervised work on major capital and maintenance projects. Projects included power distribution, power generation using gas turbines, instrumentation, and industrial automation.

Plant Design/Project/Shutdown Engineer with specific plant responsibilities in capital projects and maintenance in the refinery. Managed projects involving piping, electrical (low and medium voltage, 15kV), instrumentation systems (including DCS, PLC and computer based applications), and process related equipment including heat exchangers, vessels, and rotating machinery, etc.. Supervised contractors, maintenance and project foreman/skilled craftsmen on multiple, simultaneous capital projects.
