Provided technical direction while collaborating with product development resources to produce the first of its kind integrated component using a fully integrated magnetic MEMS device on top of CMOS architecture. Team encompassed members from many groups within Intel and subcontractors globally. Actively worked with senior Intel leadership to obtain the necessary resources and market the product within Intel. Identified the cause of the quality issue within a day of arriving on site using JMP multivariate regression and implemented process change to recover from zero yields. Collaborated with supplier to understand the manufacturing issues. Provided Intel resources and methodologies to kick start their manufacturing line so as to provide Intel with the required product. Helped to drive the use of a microcontroller into the Automotive industry for a high-end infotainment system. Provided quality metrics, reliability use conditions and overview of the change control systems. Customer used the product without additional reliability testing based on the data provided. Relentlessly sought to identify defect mechanisms from the wafer processing and the cleanroom to drive down the levels to improve product yield and reliability.
