Gryyny is a new global project to help golf teachers improve their business. It integrates all aspects of nowadays e-business and social world.

In my recent role as Project Manager over the past months, I successfully led the rollout of the SAP S/4HANA 1WAY solution for Dormer Pramet across multiple international locations, including Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, Indonesia, Italy, and Germany.Key Responsibilities and Achievements:- Coordinated cross-functional teams and ensured seamless collaboration across diverse cultural and geographical landscapes.- Executed project plans and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.- Facilitated stakeholder communications, keeping all parties informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.- Delivered comprehensive UATs, training and support to ensure smooth adoption and integration of the new system by end-users.

This position at Veletrhy Brno required management of all aspects of the ICT infrastructure; including preparations and management of departmental budgets, design and implementation of new applications in line with corporate goals, design and develop ICT infrastructure, negotiation with business partners, trends monitoring, high-level reporting to the board, delivery of quality assurance and services to external customers, development of new IT business opportunities and design and development of corporate web and mobile applications.

In this position, my responsibility was to restructure the IT infrastructure, identify and optimize IT processes, reduce IT operation costs, set new SLA conditions with suppliers of services and stabilize the operation with minimum operating and personal costs within new companies whilst extensive growing the company due to new acquisitions

Employed as a core member of the European Management Team, I was responsible for the implementation of Logistics, CRM, and EPOS applications in newly identified trading zones in Europe including; Switzerland, Italy, and Hungary, in cooperation with the main corporate ERP and CRM systems; ensuring strong compatibility in reporting, as required by each local Board and local legislation.

Before taking in the role of European Systems Development Manager, I held the position of IT manager at TPH CZ. Whilst in the role, I was responsible for the development of the newly established IT infrastructure for the region, including National Retail Networks, Logistics Systems, CRM, and EPOS applications. I held a central role as a member of the Company Management Team, as directly contributed to strategic planning and decision-making.
