As we transfer the CEO position I will be responsible for providing insight and continuity of that exchange, throughout 2017. In addition to those duties I will be providing leadership to our lead advisors as we continue to improve and maintain the quality of service and the standard of care that we provide to our clients. I will also be evaluating our services, with existing clients through one on one interviews and personal meetings. Finally, internally, I will be working and helping our co-workers to maintain our mission, vision, and values which our foundation to the fiduciary principles on which our firm was established.

I'm responsible for the vision, the direction, and the strategic growth of our organization. I lead the Executive Leadership Team of our company and oversee the completion of our Growth Opportunity Plan.

I started with Foster Group as an advisor in 1991 and began managing the portfolio's in 1994.My responsibilities as President started in January of 1997. My duties include overseeing and managing operations of the company.I also provide the management and reporting, to a select group of our institutional clients. Other duties include being a member of the FG investment committee, a member of our Executive Leadership Team, and I serve as the Cheif Compliance Officer.

Provided leadership, direction and and management of ZAG for a two year term and remained on executive leadership team for an additional two years. ZAG was an international consourtium of 9 individual, independent RIA's, managing in excess of 9 billion dollars undermanagement. All members are required to be certified as CEFEX accredited. Today ZAG consist of 8 members, located inside the United States and collectively manage in excess of 14 Million dollars.
