Employing 225, processing 12 million+ payment & check transactions & generating $20M in revenue. Responsible for operating center P&L; draft business plans & capital-spending requests; allocate resources; prioritize efforts; address operational challenges; & improve business processes. Results:• Support the sales team by serving as a subject-matter expert & representing the operations side of the business on calls to Fortune 500 customers.
