Responsible for supply chain data integrity in CHC information systems. It is accountable for price, lead time and TAT accuracy as per contracts and supplier price books. My position provides robust queries and data extractions. I support the creation and maintenance of metrics and KPI’s that measure supply chain performance. My role requires me to understand CHC Helicopter’s strategic direction, organization structure, and supply chain/business application requirements. My role will also identify and document system deficiencies, and recommend short term fixes and long term solutions. • Support Supply Chain cost reduction initiatives and inventory optimization by creating ad-hoc reports and extractions on an as-needed basis• Consults with functional unit leader and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.• Acts as a liaison between departmental end-users, consultants and other department in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance to ensure optimal operational performance.• Support successful transformation of the supply chain through continuous improvements and breakthroughs• Develop information system documentation to support efficient supply chain operations; prepares reports and written findings and recommendations; and monitors changes. • Develop, upgrade, design the solution, identifying the need for custom development work as required for CHC Supply Chain Management SharePoints• Develop automation recommendations based on defined and compelling business cases particularly on repetitive task. • Control that all data used by supply chain in AMOS are accurate. Collaborate with business owners and IT to provide and drive corrective action plan if not• Maintain Aeroxchange data integrity, make appropriate resolution to Electronic Data Interface and transmission issue.

Coordinate with Internal IT sub groups to ensure that delivered solutions are cohesive and well integrated • Maintain Aeroxchange data integrity, make appropriate resolution to data transmission issue. • Work with business users to ensure adequate training and adoption of enhancements and improvements to the technologies.

Responsibilities: • Manage global procurement activities, including airframes MRO, PT6 and CT58 engine shop purchases, to ensure timely delivery of materials according to schedule. Support the Production Planner, Project Managers, Director of Maintenance, Customer Service Officers, and the entire logistics team to ensure that parts arrive in a timely manner for completion. • Develop and implement methods and procedures to enhance the efficiency of work performed, including utilizing SharePoint for collaboration among teams. • Identify and manage sourcing and procurement resource requirements and work closely with global commodity buyers on strategic direction. • Coordinate and supervise month-end closing activities with the AP and Purchasing Group. • Develop in-depth knowledge of key aviation material market suppliers and cost infrastructure globally. • Develop and execute strategies to maximize cost and material availability, identify and qualify savings potential for specific spend categories within the purchasing group. • Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices. • Assign and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the procurement group. • Act as a steward to ensure proper data within supplier management reporting is maintained for historical purposes. • Review and approve AP invoices within the procurement group on a weekly basis. • Allocate components for delivery by releasing distribution orders. • Monitor and expedite overdue deliveries from suppliers and internal workshops for stock/order fulfillment.

Responsibilities: * Monitor queue of replenishment signals for defined vendors and groups of parts and execute Purchase Orders, as required, to replenish stock in Central Warehouse. * Monitor queue of Customer Requisitions for defined groups of parts and execute Purchase Orders, as required, to satisfy requests * Review all Requisitions to assure proper authorization by requestor and proper accounting information to conform with contractual obligations to customers of Heli-One * Manage Purchase Orders from creation to delivery of material with full responsibility for identifying and resolving defects throughout process: Order Acceptance, Delivery Commitment, and Delivery of conforming product * Monitor back ordered Customer Requests and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction * Liaise with Customer Account organization to report anticipated or current stock shortages that may affect operations * Monitor overdue orders with Suppliers and expedite deliveries as required to meet critical needs.* Monitor and resolve discrepancies in certification documentation discovered upon receipt * Monitor and resolve price discrepancies upon receipt of invoice * Escalate Heli-One requirements within Supplier’s Organization, as needed, to ensure expectations are met * Research and identify lower cost alternate sources of supply * Assist the Aircraft Program Team, when required * Other assignments, tasks and duties, as required

I was the only purchaser and Stores Controller of 21 aircraft. Includes Dehavilland DHC-2 beaver and DHC-6 Twin otter. You ask me anything about twin otter parts and beavers. No problem procuring and outsourcing expedables and Rotable parts.Responsibilities: * Administered and updated Excel database and Winair inventory program on Over 8000 Aircraft Parts for 21 aircrafts.* Review of inventory and manage Stores Department. * Issued Purchase Order Expendable parts, Aircraft Hardware ( AN, MS, NAS and etc.), and Shop Supplies for Vancouver, Nanaimo, Victoria, and Sechelt base* Focused on cost reduction by negotiating discounts with suppliers leveraging Purchasing power.* Ensured all parts purchased are all legit, and must have Traceabililty(example: FAA form 8130, TC Form 24-0078 Authorized Release Certificate and Certificate of Conformance) * Ensured all customs papers submitted to Customs Broker were accurate and proper duty and tariff were applied* Compiled memos/reports to Custom Broker requested for refund due discrepancies found* Maintained filing room* Supported Director of maintenance, Production manager and QA on all aspects of administrative duties including typing/design reports, memos, forms, notices, posters etc.* Carried out general office duties: filing, order shop & office supplies, care and feeding of photocopier, fax machine,answering phone calls* Answered and assisted mechanics employees on Parts issues, Calibrated Tools, according to company policy.* Developed and conducted a computer training for the employees and newly hired mechanics on how to use stores.* Pickup and delivered parts to local vendors* Determined and qualified Suppliers.* Coordinated with Account Payable department in when purchasing expensive parts.
