Highlights include:- Developing early stages of the City-wide Guaranteed Energy Performance Contracting program for the Public Building Commision of Chicago- Numerous projects for Northwestern Memorial Healthcare- Working to realize the Studio Gang designed Ford Calumet Environmental Center

Lead for a variety of projects, highlights included: -Executive production of domestic events on 10.2.09 for the International Olympic Committee's announcement of the 2016 host city decision from Copenhagen; -Campaign management (50 wards in 50 days) for the City Council's approval of the Host City Contract on 9.9.09; -Account management for the creative and logistics delivery of International Relations messaging to the International Olympic Committee, International Federations and National Olympic Committees.-Program Management for an educational program on Olympic values known as Olympic Week. The program attracted participation from 230,000 school kids across Chicagoland with additional involvement in Washington DC, London and Boston.

Led the development of NEXUS Property Solutions to meet the property needs of blue-chip corporate and financial services clients. Responsibilities included all operations; leading the buy-out of the business from NYSE listed parent company; raising capital of $1m; all transitional operational matters; recruitment of CFO and Operations Manager; and client relationship management for select blue-chip clients.

Senior consultant responsible for healthcare engagements ranging from strategic consulting on $2 billion of programs, to project director for two $60 million P3 (PPP/PFI) projects. Numerous consulting and business planning engagements for all sizes of projects.

Resonsible for the development and execution of facility and capital investment strategy to merge two large, historic, academic medical centers. Responsible for capital program of $300m and space managment of estate totaling 4.2m square feet.

Delivered capital project and real estate needs for a significant reorganization of mental health and community services through leadership of a senior project management team. Led $78.5m capital program including leading the largest individual project ($42 million).

Participated in management exchange program including a hospital wide operations improvement project leading to major cost reductions.
