Graphic Designer
Current- Freelance under Creative Circle (October 2018 - September 2019).- Turned Full-time Designer I (September 2019 - August 2022).- Promoted from Designer I to Designer II (August 2022 - Present).• Work within brand guidelines to create layouts and design executions to elevate the brand. • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Figma softwate to design and execute a wide range of creative deliverables. Design work including but not limited to: social media, brochures, banners, sell-sheets, digital/print ads, e-mails, landing pages, collateral, infographics, presentations and photo retouching/manipulation.• Build design templates and library of assets for the creative team to use.• Participate in brainstorming sessions and kick off meetings with cross-functional teams.• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate effective time management, pixel perfect strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure meeting deadlines.• Mentor and guide new team members and intern designers to understand the brand’s values and creative standards. Coach other team members to excel in certain creative projects. Serve as the utility designer who has hands on almost every business unit related to the brand.• Manage the design process from start to finish individually and collaboratively under the supervision of the creative director.
